Our Process

 
 

STEP 1 - DESIGN

This is where it all starts.

Team up with our art department to develop your bestselling retail design or to create the perfect iconic logo for your business. The sky is the limit on what we can help you create.  Fully illustrated designs typically start out as a rough sketch. Once the sketch is approved, we will add the detail and colors then send you another proof once complete. If you have an existing design or logo, we can accept a vector .pdf, .eps, or .ai file, as well as high resolution raster graphics.  Contact our art department for more information on acceptable raster files. 

 

STEP 2 - CHOOSE A CANVAS

Pick the perfect piece of apparel.

While our artists are working on your design, our customer service representatives will help you find the right garment to suit your needs and budget. Whether it’s a stylish, fashion forward piece, a performance wicking shirt, or the perfect polo, we’ve got you covered. 

 

STEP 3 - PLACE AN ORDER

Finalize your order and send to production.

Once your design and shirt are selected we will get your colors, styles and sizes established and send you an order approval for your final thumbs up to proceed. The next step is production, where our art team will produce the color separations.  The job will move to the screen room and your image will be “burned” on to the screen using our latest technology.  When screens are done, its off to the presses!  Our production crew has years of experience and will make sure your final print looks perfect.

 

STEP 4 - DELIVERY

Arrange a shipping or pickup method.

When your order is complete, you will be contacted with confirmation that the order has shipped, is being delivered, or that it is ready for pickup!  For payment options, we currently accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard.
